Project: Staffing Plan
Create a roadmap that outlines the organization’s staffing requirements over the next 5 years in order to carry out critical functions. Plan should articulate existing and evolving functions that are considered mission critical and how best to carry them out. Staffing plan will also enable the organization to act on strategic opportunities that may arise unexpectedly and guide staffing decisions and priorities as they relate to organizational strategy and goals.
- Collect input from current staff, board members, and key stakeholders
- Identify key staffing needs for the organization
- Recommend which positions should be filled internally or via an independent contractor
Kick-off meeting to be scheduled for late July.
Time commitment approximately 10-15 hours per month for 3-4 months.
