One of Westchester’s longest-serving nonprofit agencies, FSW has served Westchester County and its communities for over six decades, offering vital and innovative human services that meet a full spectrum of needs in the diverse communities it serves. Its programs address every stage of the life cycle, providing a range of vital services from early intervention for children and mentoring for teens to social support for the elderly.
Project: Strategic PlanningWorking with FSW’s senior leadership, the team will review the current strategic plan (2013-2017) and help develop the next plan which will guide FSW’s essential work in the community.
Some areas of focus may be:
• Marketing and branding
• Infrastructure necessary to support programs
• Board effectiveness
• Industry trends
• Kick-off meeting to be scheduled after Labor Day.
• Time commitment approximately 10-15 hours per month for 3-4 months.
