Nonprofit: Downtown Music at Grace

DTMUSIC has just begun its 30th anniversary season and is a highly regarded community institution known mostly for its midweek lunch concerts where notable NY City artists perform a musical genre leaning towards classical and jazz.

The value proposition is to “build community” in White Plains and greater Westchester. As significant funding from one anonymous donor has ended, the organization needs your help developing actionable ideas to raise sustained support from corporate and foundation giving. The challenge is compounded by limited resources and staff.

Project: Brainstorming: Developing New Funding Sources

In this brainstorming session, volunteers will help Downtown Music at Grace:

• Design a winning strategy to build corporate sponsorship;
• Launch an effort to attract foundations by its achievements, awards and needs;
• Guide an organization with limited resources on implementing realistic funding initiatives.

Details:

• Interested HBS alumni should sign up by October 26th at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C6FNQZG
